Notes

Liechtenstein is an EEA-EFTA member and transposed EU Directive 2016/2102 via the EEA Agreement. The base BGlG has been in force since 2006; the digital accessibility chapter (LGBl. 2022 Nr. 101) entered into force April 1, 2024. The gesetze.li server was intermittently unavailable during research; the LGBl citation is confirmed via website accessibility statements from multiple Liechtenstein public bodies referencing 'BGlG, LGBl. 2022 Nr. 101' and via the EU web accessibility monitoring roster. URL verification recommended when gesetze.li is accessible.
