Summary

Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123:1-18, promulgated under Ohio Revised Code § 125.18, requires all state agencies to make their information technology accessible to individuals with disabilities, conforming to WCAG 2.0 Level AA. The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Office of Information Technology sets the state IT accessibility standard and provides technical guidance.
