Any Landtag member may raise procedural objections and request a chamber ruling. Constitutional challenges to parliamentary acts before the Verfassungsgerichtshof (VfGH).

Landtagspräsident enforces procedural rules in session. Constitutional challenges to Landtag procedure before the Verfassungsgerichtshof (VfGH). Members may object under the GO and request rulings from the full chamber.

Tyrol borders Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. The TLO 1989 is the state constitution. The Tir. GO-LT 2015 replaced the earlier 2005 rules of procedure. Both were last amended in 2025.
