Online posting: Required
The Act requires councils to adopt Governance Rules specifying notice periods (s. 60). No minimum notice period is prescribed in the Act itself — delegated to each council's Governance Rules. Agendas must be published on the council's website before each meeting.

Public Participation
Not statutorily mandated. Councils must adopt Governance Rules which may include public question time arrangements.
Virtual Meetings
Remote participation for members may be addressed in each council's Governance Rules under s. 60.
