Regular council meetings: notice is satisfied by publicly posting the regular meeting schedule. Special meetings require at least 24 hours' notice to council members and the public, stating the time, place, and purpose of the meeting. Notice must be posted at the municipal office.

Enforcement Body
No dedicated open meeting investigator. Affected parties may seek judicial review in Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench. The Local Government Administrator of Saskatchewan (LGSK) provides guidance but has no enforcement role.
