Notes
Act 128/2000 Sb. governs Czech municipalities (obce). § 93(3) requires zastupitelstvo obce (municipal assembly) meetings to be public; the public has the right to express views on matters on the agenda. Notice of the meeting and the proposed agenda must be posted on the official notice board at least 7 days in advance. Parallel Act 129/2000 Sb. governs regions (kraje); Prague is governed by Act 131/2000 Sb. (zákon o hlavním městě Praze). The Ministry of the Interior and regional authorities supervise compliance.
