Notice of at least 7 days before ordinary meetings (§58(1) NKomVG: 'mindestens sieben Tage'). Notice via municipal notice board and website. Agenda must be available at the same time as notice.

No statutory public speaking right under NKomVG. Einwohnerfragestunde by local Geschäftsordnung.

Remote participation permitted under COVID amendments, made permanent 2022.
