Notes

Greece's Kallikratis Programme (Law 3852/2010) reorganised local government into 332 municipalities (δήμοι) and 13 regions (περιφέρειες). Article 67 requires municipal councils to meet publicly, with closed sessions permitted only by 2/3 majority for specific reasons. Νόμος 4555/2018 (Kleisthenis I) amended the electoral and meeting provisions. Minutes (πρακτικά) are public and must be posted on DIAVGEIA (the government transparency portal, diavgeia.gov.gr).
