Notes

Act 369/1990 Zb. on Municipal Establishment governs Slovak obce. § 12 requires zasadnutie obecného zastupiteľstva (council sessions) to be public; the public may close only by constitutional/statutory confidentiality. Notice of sessions, agenda, and materials must be posted on the official notice board at least 3 days before the meeting and published online where a website exists. Parallel Act 302/2001 Z.z. governs self-governing regions (vyššie územné celky / kraje).
