Summary

The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission was reconstituted under Chapter 9:22 implementing the 2013 Constitution, ss. 254-257. Earlier ZACC was established by the ZACC Act 2004. The 2013 Constitution upgraded ZACC to a Chapter 12 independent commission with powers to investigate, prosecute, and manage asset declarations. Commissioners are appointed by the President on recommendation of the Committee on Standing Rules and Orders.
