Response Timeline

20 calendar days from receipt, extendable by 10 calendar days (federal LAI Art. 11 floor). Lei 14.804/2012 is a standalone state law governing access to public information held by Pernambuco Executive Power agencies. Decreto 38.787/2012 (30/10/2012) provides the implementing regulation. The SCGE (Secretaria da Casa Geral do Estado) oversees implementation.
