Appeal Process
Step 1
Review by the Responsabile della Prevenzione della Corruzione e della Trasparenza (RPCT) of the same administration (Art. 5(7)). For local/regional entities, the Difensore Civico (Civic Ombudsman) may also review (Art. 5(8)).
Step 2
Expedited procedure before the Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale under Art. 116 of the Administrative Process Code. Filed within 30 days of denial.
Step 3
Appeal of TAR decisions to the highest administrative court.
