Summary

The Ombudsman of Antigua and Barbuda was established under the Ombudsman Act 1994 (Cap. 324) as the parliamentary commissioner for administration. The Ombudsman is appointed by the Governor-General on the advice of the Prime Minister after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition, for a five-year term.
