Summary
The INPPLC replaced the earlier ICPC (Instance Centrale de Prévention de la Corruption) under Loi n°113-12, promulgated by Dahir n°1-15-76 of 19 May 2015. It implements Article 167 of the 2011 Constitution. The INPPLC coordinates anti-corruption policy, investigates cases, and manages the declaration of assets by public officials.
