Fifteen-member commission composed entirely of agency heads and their designees — GPD Chief, Director of Corrections, Airport Police Chief, Port Police Chief, Attorney General, Customs Director, and others (§51102(a)(3)) — with authority to deny, suspend, or revoke peace officer certification for failure to comply with training, fitness, or ethical standards (§51102(h)(4)).
